Usage: freiburg_flatten.py <in_dir> <out_dir>

in_dir: "train" folder from http://deepscene.cs.uni-freiburg.de/static/datasets/freiburg_forest_multispectral_annotated.tar.gz
out_dir: the directory to put all frames that will be named like "00000000.jpg"
